I have to reccommend Komi for this series cause 1.Both series are about relationships with a communication barrier. with Yuki being deaf and having to use stuff like texts and notepads to talk while Komi is mute and super shy using the same methods of communication except sign language 2.both are very warm and gentle relationships. 3. both females leads want to broaden their views of the world w/ new experiences, yuki w/ traveling the world & komi with experiencing friendship the only reall differences is a sign of affection focuses on the mature adult aspects of being in love. while Komi cant communicate is a shy highschool student who mainly wants to make 100 friends and her love relationship acts as more of the B-plot to the story

Maria no Danzai
The hero and their loved ones are subjected to brutal, prolonged physical and psychological abuse until they transform themselves to settle the score with their former abusers. Both these series are not for the faint of heart and depict graphic physical and sexual violence, and the abusers are cartoonishly evil, making you root for the hero no matter how far they need to go to get revenge. While Redo of Healer leans more into "revenge porn" with the sexual aspect and Maria no Danzai is more of a psychological thriller, if you seek the catharsis of abusers getting their just deserts, both of these series may be right up your alley.

Hikaru ga Shinda Natsu
All countryside little cities in Japan must have their own creepy mountain looming in the distance, fully equipped with an unknown and unhuman "thing" that is bound to bring tragedy once it comes down from its lair into the humans' society. But the line between fear and affection can sometimes be thin when you're dealing with the supernatural. If you read Hikaru ga Shinda Natsu and enjoyed the lingering sense of inquietude that permeated the characters' daily lives, the feeling of isolation from the rest of the world, the hunch that you're not being told the whole story and the dilemma of telling your own feelings apart (BL-ish elements included), then I recommend you Aka ya Akashi ya Ayakashi no. To be fair, the Aka Aka manga must be complimented in its ability to wrap up the plot convincingly and to explain the mysteries without loose ends. If you want a slightly more dubious, distressing and heartbreaking experience, then I also recommend the visual novel game that originated the manga.

The Fable
Same concept with an overpowered character that only shows off a few times in the story and only a handful of characters know about him. Meanwhile he pretends to be a weakling wagie. No fantasy stuff here, just the world's #1 assassin taking a vacation dealing with maffia like it's a walk in the park. More serious than One Punch-Man, world & characters are very different. But the premise and the story structure has similarities: enemy appears --> protagonist deals with it --> very few people realize it was him --> chill & fun --> new enemy appears. Like a slice of life version of One-Punch Man, also a lot more bloody.

I really recommend reading Hirano to Kagiura if you can't get enough of Sasamiya, or if you just like really sweet, fluffy high-school romances that have a cozy feel.

Both are full of meta-humor 4th wall break jokes, and even interact with the author itself. Comedy is the same even with the execution of the jokes. The difference is that while 100 kanojo is more of a romcom SoL seinen, Gintama is a full shonen with surreal jokes, rich and simple plot, and it's mixture of being an absurd yet light-hearted comedy and a serious yet engaging action-drama.
