Isekai Shoukan wa Nidome desu

Story (based on 3 episodes, but I really doubt it'll get better):
It's basically an isekai that skipped all the build up, story, meeting new characters and went with "Oh yes, we did adventuring together in the past", and repeat it every episode...

The setting had some potential for interesting story, but it was wasted on generic isekai story.

Art:
Nothing special, but nothing wrong. It's acceptable, seen better and seen worse. Animation gets choppy in some places, but again it's not worst.

Characters:
Due to "we've met already", the entire character buildup is skipped, so we're left with generic traits.

It's not the worst, but really wasted potential

I honestly do not know how this anime has a score above 6....the plot, animation, and dialogue are all of a budget level quality. This anime definitely needed a little more spit and polish, and you can tell that no one held any great love for this anime while working on production.

quality aside, this anime is a re-hash of every other over powered, wish fulfillment character, Isekai out there. our MC was isekai'd, then sent back to his original world, then re-summoned back to the world he left. 5 years have passed since he left, and we see basically him, starting a new game+. all ... his friends have moved on in life, and we see (are told) what they were up too while he was away. the problems start immediately after that, as none of his friends are given more than 2 minutes to say hello before he abandons them to go on a solo adventure for the generic reason of "you have to protect things while I'm away".

every character we encounter up to episode 3 feels plain, boring, and like they basically exist to establish how OP the MC is, and why they are attracted to him(harem bait). also, they are all female except for 1...

the action, because the MC is so OP, feels like there are zero stakes, so nothing our hero ever does has any weight to it. Its also never established how he knows where to go as places, people and events can change drastically over 5 years time and yet MC is treating everything as if it were exactly how he left it.

overall and to sum up, this anime has poor action scenes, poor animation, poor image quality, poor dialogue, and boring characters. you're better off watching sword art online, dorororo, or the new anime Isekai de Cheat Skill, as the latter most recommendation is quite literally this but with slightly better everything.

When I heard of this anime. I thought it'd be interesting. Being Transported to another world for a 2nd time. Seems like an interesting title. At first you're thinking. Alright it's an Isekai with a small twist. Can't really think of an anime where a protag got transported to another world again as the main gimmick, so let's see how this goes.

So our MC pretty much has already played through this world which is fine, but often getting thrown into the middle of a situation can be a bit of a miss with people, as a lot of situations like these tend to be ... a miss. In a way as a viewer I felt I missed gaining a connection somewhere, and the author is just like. I want you to like my characters, at least in the beginning. You got some knight girl who's sadistic with our MC. You got some other guy knight who's really good friends with our MC. You got a load of characters. Not to mention when our MC was transported, the 2nd time, he transported with a whole classroom which a majority of the classmate feel irrelevant beside one love interest, but we'll see where it can go.

I currently think the anime is just trying to focus on progression in the story, but I feel it needs flashbacks to understand his previous isekai's life more. Because currently I could care less about the characters here not really knowing them.

Ultimately it can have potential as a decent anime, but it's more alright to maybe average in the mean time. So yeah like a 5.5/10 Might change rating later if it gets better.
